SIYUAN HUANG
MOI
Info :
Huang Siyuan (Moi) is an artist/designer/curator based between London, Toronto, and Shanghai. She seeks to explore social and environmental issues since many people do not realize the urgency and importance of these issues. She believes that developing a different narrative is needed as there is too much information out there. Moi prefers to create more immersive projects and believes in more sensory participation; fragmented elements and minimalism to encourage people to communicate and rethink these issues.
She completed her BA in graphic design at the Ontario College of Art and Design University. The regular shifting between places brings her a diversified understanding of things from multi-perspectives, making her work more focused on resonating and linking with different communities.
